Nathan Trenteseaux, owner of Underground Fitness Revolution, values two simple attributes in his clients. He looks for intensity and dedication. He provides students with 1,273 square feet of padded flooring and modern exercise equipment––kettlebells, battling ropes, TRX suspension trainers––to discover for themselves if they have these qualities. He helps them along with plenty of personal attention in small group classes, though that's not the first step. Initially, Nate shows new students the basics, requiring that they display the mental fortitude to get through his introductory lesson before he lets them join the rotation of regular classes or wear a cape that says "superhero" on it.
