The store was clean and adequately supplied. The person who welcomed me showed me the area I was interested in and helped me make my selection. It was what I hoped it would be.. no waiting .. no pressure.. just my finding the product that I bought and checking out.

Customer service is horrible here. Sales person charge me twice on my credit card and when I brought it to her attention she accuse me of making things up. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said it was not Necessary. I couldn't believe how argumentative this sales person was with me. She pointed her finger at everyone but herself ( me, my bank, the doctor's office) This was my first time here and I will NEVER return.

The "deal" is a farce and my glasses would have cost more than Lenscrafters. The frame selection is awful and clearly no one ever wipes them off between customers. There was no measurement for my glasses other than marking them with magic marker. Once I realized the pricing scam, I left. I would only have bought glasses there in order to save a decent amount of money. It was more cost effective to lose my $35 than to buy at their prices with frames I was simply taking to save money. I will never go to this place again.
