Excellent workout - included functional, strength, cardio, and power movements. Had my heart rate working over 80% of max most of the time. Breaks were just at the right times for efficient recovery. Instructor made it challenging yet fun.

It was supposed to be one month but on the first day, the intense pressure to sign up for a year was just too much!
They said the coupon is not really for a month and made me feel like a deadbeat if I don't sign up so it was just that one day for me and that was it. The training was great but the sales pressure was really bad.
