Only have been coming there for a week. A very addicting environment and quite knowledgeable coaches. A fantastic facility for training too.

the first 2 wks is required foundations training, 5 classes, before you can begin crossfit. coach Zac is very knowledgeable and patiently teaches proper technique on key movements, stretches, and lifts. i have done just a few regular classes and they are very challenging! you will ache! looking forward to more!
