I purchased this Groupon, but before I could use it, Groupon said that it had been redeemed. I reached out to Beachin' Rides, asked for an email confirming that I had not used it yet (per Groupon's request), and received a quick and friendly response. We have rented from Beachin' Rides several times and have always had great services. The employees are friendly and helpful and the golf carts are the best! We will use them every time we go to Galveston!!

I'm sure there is an explanation. Please contact Groupon. We physically scan the bar codes in. No need to hurt our rating over something we had nothing to do with.
