Kaylee kept in touch with me from the time I made the appointment until the day of. We both had "life" get in the way, and she was very cordial and accommodating. Most importantly, she did exactly what I asked for in the highlighting. I told her I was very happy with the way my hair turned out. I highly recommend Kaylee.

Was pretty good. I thought she went pretty fast for doing a whole head foil, toner, and a haircut. 1hr. 40 min. I have never had it done that quick so not sure she left everything on for the amount of time she should have. She was nice though.

Hi Colleen, thank you for your feedback. I’ve been doing hair for over 12 years and perform multiple foil services daily, so working efficiently is a normal part of my process. Your lowlight color was processed for the full required 30 minutes, and all products were left on for the proper amount of time. The overall timing of your appointment was completely appropriate for the services you received. Efficiency doesn’t mean corners were cut—it simply comes with experience. I appreciate you coming in.

Kaylee did a wonderful job with my highlights and haircut. I explained to her what I wanted and she did exactly that. I’m always concerned about going to someone new, but I will be back for future appointments. My hair turned out great, and just in time for vacation!
