Claudia was very sweet and very knowledgeable and for the most part the salon was tidy and clean. I've gotten a lot of different Brazilian waxes from many different estheticians and cosmetologists there was no pretreatment put on me nor was there an after treatment applied.

My wax was quick and nicely done. Ruby gives you plenty of privacy and time to undress and clothe yourself afterwards. The access to feminine wipes and soothing oil was a nice touch, as well.

I went in for a brazilian wax and it was quick and professional. Communication could have been better. She got started right away and it was the first time I had ever had that done, so it would have been helpful to let her know what I wanted and asked any questions before she started. She also didn't put any cream or salve on afterwards to help soothe the pain which would have been nice.
