I received Botox there and it did nothing

This office was very difficult to reach. I called and called and finally had to call their other office and they had to make the appointment for me. Once I got there, I waited in the waiting room almost an hour. Then I sat for another 45 minutes in the patient room, while the Dr. chatted with another patient across the hall. I liked the Dr. a lot but expect to use up two hours just being there, not to mention the drive there and back. Clear your schedule!

Although it took a very long time to see the doctor, my appt was at 2:30 and I didn't get to see her until 3:45, I understand that sometimes things happen to our day. If it's a habitual problem then I won't go back.

I used the groupon for the BOTOX. I called the physician 2 weeks later to let her know that it had done nothing for the area treated. I was retreated and still the area has no change,I work in the medical field and believe after doing some checking that I may have been injected with normal saline. In addition I recieved Juvaderm at the same facility with the same physician. Within 24 hours the area was and is still infected. I have called the office numerous times to let them know that I now have a "hole in my face" with no return call from the physician. I want my money back. This is costing me a fortune now as a dermetologist states that this is not normal and that being avoided by the physician indicates a problem. Please advise. 734-558-3401
