I bought a Groupon for a Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peel with Computer Skin Analysis. I have very light acne that disqualified me from the Microdermabrasion. Also, the Computer Skin Analysis machine was broken. However, a refund was never offered even thought the Groupon deal states 'if you are ineligible' (and if equipment is broken, I assume) 'a refund will be provided'. Beware.
