Worst salon experience of my life. I expected a student but she NEVER worked on a live person before. I was there for hours And They charged me more once I got there because I didn't have Paul Mitchell color in my hair before. I was there all day. A salon groupon would have been a better deal. Do yourself a favor....Dont ever go here. The whole academy is a rip off for students and customers. They should be shut down. It took months to grow out the horrendous color burned into my hair by leaving it on me forever.
