My order was $15. When I presented my Groupon they changed my order to $18. All said and done I feel my $5 savings was reduced to $2. (I believe) the reason companies use Groupon is to grow their business. It worked here, sort of. I was a new customer because of the Groupon, however, the way Jack's handles their Groupons leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I can't tie up $15 to save $6. Beyond using the two remaining Groupons I am not sure I will return to Jack's.
