My car was cleaned really well, but they stole my Dallas Cowboys hat my friend gave my for my birthday, then lied and said it wasn't in the car. THEY STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS SO BE SURE TO REMOVE EVERYTHING BEFOREHAND. It's sad that I couldn't leave a simple hat in my car without it being stolen. And it was a special gift from a close friend. I would have rated 5 stars but they stole from me!

I never got chance to use the service because the guy told me he was booked 1st time called said would call me with time, 2 weeks went by tried again. He answers phone with a "Huh" said he must have forgotten, lays phone down and never came back. He is was very unprofessional sounding and with his conduct. Would never recommend them for anything. Probably not by groupon again either.

I guess you get what you pay for. I paid $15 for One Car Wash with Tire Shine, Hand Wax, and Vacuum. When I dropped off the car, they wanted additional money for the "detailing", I told them I just wanted what I paid for with the coupon, he was kind of upset and said "Oh you just want us to do the hard work". Car was washed okay (looks good from far away). Upon looking at the car, noticed bugs were still stuck on the front bumper and grill, some lower spots were completely missed and rims were only halfway cleaned. I am 99% sure that it was not "hand waxed" might have used some spray wax at best. I would save your $15 and either do it yourself (which I am going to complete the job today) or spend your money somewhere else and get at least what is advertised.

The detail is not worth the money. It's actually not a full detail it's more like a car wash and interior vacuum, and wipe down. They did not do a good job and were not very professional.
