None of the food at Wing Nutz is deep-fried. For its wings, the restaurant instead uses a proprietary three-step process built around three key verbs: steam, bake, and crisp. This in-house approach not only produces moist and delicious wings, but it also eliminates excess grease and calories.

The Nouns
