Atlantic Family Dental, Garner

Provider at Atlantic Family Dental in Garner, NC changed during my treatment. (The practice did not close. The owner/dentist just decided to take over all the patients himself.) There was a delay of several months before I could receive more retainers to continue my treatment. They finally referred me to another practice. It greatly prolonged my treatment and caused me additional cost that the new provider had not received payment for. So due to additional cost and having to drive over a hour and a half one way to the new provider I can not recommend Groupon doing business with Atlantic Dental in the future. However, the provider I was referred to (Dr King in Durham, NC) was fair in what he charged me and continued my treatment thru Invisalign well below the cost he would have customarily received. So in the end I didn't lose my money but had to spend more money, time and time off work to be able to continue my treatment I had purchased. I have made numberous purchases thru groupon before and since and most always I am more than pleased. I just felt you should be made aware of the situation before others spend thousands of dollars for a groupon voucher thru Atlantic Family Dental.

I scheduled an 8:30 appointment over the phone and was assured that I would be the first patient of the day. I arrived on time yet I was not the first appointment and I wasn't seen until 9:30. The office assistant Issac was rude and did not know much about customer service in my opinion.

Don't want to give service what groupon says. Soon as you go to the desk she like you're useing groupon if it needs extra cleaning will charge you extra dependson doctors. Theirs only one doctor in the office. While i was waiting there another girl came who was using groupon was told the same thing and i don't think they did good job cleaning my sons teeth.

I did not know they were there and was happy to find them on groupon. I will definitely go back. They have very knowledgeable staff.
