I would not recommend this tour- definitely not worth the money!

Tried for a week and half (10 - 12 calls) and only 1 time got through to a voice mail. Left a VM with my details, no call back and kept trying to contact them. Once I finally reached someone (on 12/16) they were sold out for ALL dates and times through 12/23. They told me "I don't even know why Groupon is still selling these". I've been in touch with Groupon support since 12/16 and they will also not refund my money even though the company was not able to honor my voucher!!

They did not account for tickets sold through groupon so even though we called in advance to make reservations, they were completely booked. Then we had trouble with groupon trying to get a refund for the event and my kids didn't get to experience the train ride.

Absolutely loved this experience it was very well organized. The staff where very energetic and kind. Would definitely do it again.
