Jerry's Old Town Inn, Germantown

It might be hard to find another restaurant with as rich a history as Jerry's Old Town Inn and Von Rothenburg. This welcoming diner dates as far back as the 1850s', when it functioned as a Bed and Breakfast. Its convenient location next to the train depot allowed it to draw in the guests for the night. Then, it became a restaurant known as Moon-Bi Inn. Finally, in 1978, Jerry's Old Town Inn and Von Rothenburg was born.

Today, Jerry's manages to harmoniously blend its rich history with elements that attract the modern-time customer. The team has looked at the old menu and kept or brought back some of the original recipes as well as modernized others. The effect is a German-cuisine inspired menu that boasts such filling staples as wings, ribs platters, pork shanks, currywurst, Bavarian Pretzels, roasted chicken, a variety of salads, specialty sandwiches, and more.

It probably goes without saying, but the team loves a good beer and they are all well aware that most of the items on the menu go well with it too. That's why Jerry's Old Town Inn and Von Rothenburg maintains 16 draft lines on tap. There are some favorite staples but others are added on rotation.
