It leaves me bad taste when I had to deal with the owner of Premier Auto Care who not only did not honor expired Groupon with Precision Tune Auto Care but decided to claim Redeemed without providing service. I even called earlier to ask whether they would honor Groupon from Precision Tune Auto Care and I was told that as long as it is of the same address, they would. I guess whoever answered my call and the owner are not in agreement as far as how to honor Groupon.

Had to pay a bogus $4 fee for filter and $4 Groupon oil fee, that isn’t mentioned in the Groupon! I used the other precision shops many time in the past and never had to pay a single dollar extra. This new shop by my work made me pay $15! What a rip off!

Worst place ever!!! They did not like the fact I brought my car in with this coupon. Then when I picked up my car, a part was broken and the mechanic admitted to breaking it during the simple oil change, but the owner refused to repair it, saying "this is normal wear and tear!" He was so rude. I will NEVER BRING my car back there again, even if I have this coupon.
