I spent over $300 for a family celebration dinner. My son ate only a bite of his extremely expensive steak. He asked to get it wrapped. The waitress wrapped it in a slippery box and stacked them on the table. we asked for a bag as we had a few trays. They didn't have any. As he picked up all 3 trays, one slipped and fell on the floor spilling the very expensive contents on the floor. NO ONE OFFERED AN APOLOGY AND WE HAD TO WAIT WHILE CLEANING IT UP. I CALLED TONY THE MANAGER 2 TIMES ABOUT THIS. WE PLAYED PHONE TAG TO NO AVAIL. Accidents happen to everyone. But for a restaurant bag-or laziness or cheapness or all 3 -we lost a very expensive entrée. No one offered an apology or a comp.-nothing. My family owned 7 restaurants. This was inexcusable. Great food-service NOT SO MUCH! From the waiter waitress and owner........Too bad. Because I love great food. But the service ruined it for me. I won't go back.
