They were very prompt and did an excellent job on my truck. I was very pleasantly surprised that the detail included shampooing carpets and seats as have had to pay extra in the past. Will use them again for sure.

In the ad it states excessive hair will be more. I had little to no dog hair in my car and they said ANY hair had to be charged more. I explained that their ad on groupon AND their phone representative stated the extra charge was for excessive hair... they still charged me. Although pleasant this nit picking and upcharging on scene is poor service. I will not use them again. I have had my car detailed many many times and no one has even once said anything about the hair. They stated it cross contaminated. B.S.
