What a therapeutic experience, so relaxing. The smell was immaculate in the treatment room, a relaxing ambience that almost put me to sleep. I felt no pain, the vibration machine was very effective. The people were super friendly and the process was pretty quick. I can't wait to see my results.

Starting out it was fine. However, when I asked for a refund for the remaining sessions that were not used i had began to get ignored. Asked for calls back via talk calls and text messages. I finally had enough of playing the phone game and showed in person to get the refund still with no apology. Will not be returning and definitely will not refer anyone.

Terrible experience! My appt was at 3 and I walked out at 4:15 after 3 people came in after me and was seen before me. I had an intake at 3:10 for 5 minutes where I gave my Groupon and was asked if I wanted to purchase more sessions which I declined. I concluded my poor service was because of the Groupon and not purchasing more sessions. This is not how you treat customers.
