Don't eat before going. It helps avoid that queasy feeling midway thru the class. I was skeptical at first but it worked very well for me

Very very hot. The instructor doesn't let you leave before the class is over which can be dangerous due to overheating. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle, otherwise the towel is $4 and water is $1 there. You can rent a mat for $1 each time.
