Camelback Carpet Cleaning, Glendale

Carpets were not cleaned as stated in Groupon. Beware of hidden trip charges even when you are located in groupon deal "service area". Carpet was cold water extracted not steam cleaned. Very disappointed. Called company to remedy issue no call back

Groupon is great

They dismissed my $39 Groupon as insufficient and the cleaning actually cost me $200. They moved out much of my furniture but did not move it back. When I called to have them come back and return the furniture, they stalled and stalled until I told them to forget it. They also soaked the carpet so much it took two days to completely dry. This is not the kind of service I'm accustomed to from other brand-name carpet cleaning companies and have never had these problems before. I would never use Camelback Cleaning again. I would ask for a reply, but they would have a litany of excuses and take no responsibility. They said their insurance company does not allow them to move back antiques or use the plastic shields other companies use on damp carpet. I'm skeptical. Again, I've never had problems with other companies.

The staff is professional and go out of their way to assist you with any concerns or questions you may have. I would definetly use them again!
