Forza Health and Fitness, Glendale

I'm very happy I joined Forza. They have a Variety of classes, and tailor them to the people's needs that sign up for the class. My strength has improved A Lot, and I'm losing inches. My blood pressure has decreased too. I highly recommend giving them a shot. You will meet people of all shapes and sizes and at different levels of fitness. Its a welcoming, fun environment.

Still going I love the place

I have been attending Forza fitness for two months now. I have done private training sessions and group sessions, and I can without reservations say this is the best fitness center I have ever been a part of. The owner Caleb, is not only knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness, but he has a genuine heart for the well being of his members. I use the word members loosely because we are all treated like family. Caleb goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Group sessions are filled with people who encourage and help one another. Since joining my husband and son started attending as well. And the best part of this experience as if meeting great people was not enough, is that I am seeing the fitness results that I desired to see! Looking to make some health resolutions for the new year, start with Forza Fitness!
