I worked with Scott, who was the bomb. Very knowledgeable. I have injuries and limitations and he was very astute in dealing with them and targeting a workout and other recommendations to address my 'issues'. Had good nutrition advice and other tips. The studio had nice equipment and had a nice, friendly vibe. If you are looking for a well rounded fitness gig, i would totally recommend. This groupon - low cost, HIGH value. I will probably join. :)
