when you call the phone ring and ring a lot of times you need to leave a message and I have two sessions and the last one the machine broke down and it was not fixed for more then a week later, they only did one side of my face.

Not recommended at all. My auntie and i both brought 3 IPL packages and hair removal treatment. We both got burn, they gave us a cream to make the burn marks go away but they are still there 10 months after. We both got one more treatment but never coming back!!!!

Clean and elegant office. The staff is professional and kind. Open late which is great for people who work the 9-6 schedule like myself. Visible results after my first session! I purchased the 6 for large area and on my third visit they asked me if I was OK with increasing the intesity for better results. I've been to other locations and by far this is my favorite. I purchased additional areas.
