groupons are treated like fillers. It's sad because I bought a groupon and then was going to buy a full body package with them directly. However, because of how difficult they make appointment bookings for groupon purchases and how they took almost a year to finally get me in. I'm now completely turned off.

Experience was great! Everyone was friendly, professional made me feel at ease. It was clean and I felt comfortable while I was there. The appointments are a bit out, but it wasn't an issue for me.
