I was over weight (300lbs) so i can relate to my clients with there body/self-esteem/ and health issues. I know the struggle of losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifstyle

I use positive reinforcement with enough edge to keep you going and to push ones self to where they never knew they could

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
when i was over weight my uncle died from heart related issues (same issues i have) i did not want to die at a young age so i made it my life mission to get healthy and teach people they can lead a normal but healthy life.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting different people from different walks of life with one common goal....to live heather
