Yoga Vibe at the Village is a supportive, community-oriented environment where newcomers and experienced yogis alike could further their practice at a comfortable pace. In addition to providing group classes for students of all levels, the instructors also offer one-on-one guidance during private sessions. Introductory-level sessions build flexibility through long, sustained stretches, or incorporate the basic breathing techniques and mindful movements of Vinyasa sequences. For more experienced students, the instructors provide additional challenges by increasing the pace and adding more physically demanding asanas?such as inversions and arm balances?into the class.
