The food needs improvement. Also the menu's restrictions were confusing. The server had to explain the fine print of some of the specials, more than once, to make it clear. We were also ignored at our table by the server and our food took a while to be served. (Another party, which was larger than ours, who arrived after us, received their food earlier.)

Actually, the food and service were excellent. The waitress said that my coupon had expired and was therfore no good. I explained the policy of actual value vs promotional value. Then, she wanted to charge me more per item saying that the coupon was no good during happy hour. It was 1:30 in the afternoon so I asked what were the happy hour times. She said "all day."I argued and she conceded. What a shakedown!
