What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We consistently say we are a group of ordinary people with outstanding qualities. Our clientele is diverse with a wide range of age and ethnicities. Our coaches are second to none and have multiple certifications in different fitness modalities.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our coaches are masters of motivation. You will be pushed to your limits within the framework of your limitations. We make it fun, different, and engaging for everyone.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was a college professor for 20+ years. I love teaching and encouraging people for it gives me a great sense of accomplishment and keeps me motivated to help others who need help! After doing crossfit for several years I found I had a knack for helping others thus my wife and I started KW CrossFit!

What do you love most about your job?
That I am helping others improve their quality of living so they can enjoy their lives to the fullest.
