1.What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

J.K. Lee's Black Belt Academy has been operating in the Milwaukee Area for over 40 years. What makes J.K. Lee's unique is the dedication of the J.K. Lee instructors to improve themselves to be better teachers of martial arts. Instructors are CPR certified, Safety Kid Certified and Certified teachers with the world tae kwon do federation. J.K. Lee's is the only Wisconsin school certified with the Kukkiwon, which is governing body of tae kwon do worldwide.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Our inspiration to start J.K. Lee's was to help children and families be their best through the art of tae kwon do.

3. What do you love most about your job?

The best part of teaching martial arts is seeing the smiles on the students' faces when they accomplish something that they did not think they could achieve.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction we have gotten from a student is when their martial art learning went beyond the mat. When one of our students personally accomplishes something amazing in life and martial arts learning had something to do with that, is the best reaction we have seen. J.K. Lee's has the proud accomplishment of having 16 of its black belt become valedictorians of their high school.
