Don’t buy this it steals your money! It gets marked redeemed when u haven’t used it. Then Groupon unredeems it for u but before u can use it the same thing happens again. I’m filing a BBB because Groupon won’t correct this theft of my purchase! Buyer Beware!!!! You’ve been warned! I’m afraid to buy anything now as a result of this voucher problem.

We are having same issue where the client received service and we Redeemed and next following week it was shown as UNREDEEMED...out of our hand..this is a Groupon issue...when we are not sure and a groupon seems to be sold more than 6 weeks ago , then, we redeem and we honored your groupon purchase, it has not been any issue and we have never argued with any client.

Very very bad, unfortunately bad customer service after sales my hair ugly after this keratin

1. our groupon clearly says long hair is extra past shoulder and you denied it..we showed it to you
2. you complained why a keratin treatment is $89..?!! well it is plus $200 at all salons
3. after the service you commented that you expected a Brazilian treatment result?!..
Brazilian treatment is not same as keratin...Keratin lasts up to 3 months , Brazilian is a harsher treatment
which lasts up to a year and it is much more expensive ..definitely not $ 89
4. it seemed you expected a $400 service to be almost free.....well we cannot deliver such services
