2 of my groupons expired, I was told that I could use them for the value ($3) the guy told me to go ahead and and press redeem but then couldn't figure out how to credit me the $3 in his system, so I had to "throw away" the $3 since he couldn't figure out and it is now marked as redeemed - that is ridiculous

If you get these coupons, be sure of the rules and know the Subways that will accept them. Also, I had difficulty using more than one coupon at a time. A great manager ok'd it the next time I went, but not sure if I was lucky or if I hadn't read the rules correctly. I think Subway subs are terrific and nutritious fast food. My coupons were a good deal. Again, read the fine print.

I had 4 Groupons and when I went to use 2 of them. I got ripped off on m oney. They had no idea how to simply take $5 off a bill. It should just be dollars off, nothing more. My deal was no deal. Would never get Groupons again. I will admit when I used the 3rd the guy knew what he was doing and I will use my last one. But never again!
