Their website is awful (can't even tell if the schedule is 1 way or RT, it is RT), and the gentleman answering the questions is rude. Actually said he wasn't sure he believed I had all the troubles on the website. Then, I70 was closed, my granddaughter was sick, and I couldn't get any type of refund. Groupon told me to call the RR and the RR told me to call Groupon. No one will refund my 2 sets---I've lost almost $100. Horrible, horrible experience. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB against both Groupon and the Georgetown Loop.

The ride was nice, wish it could have been a bit longer, but was still fun. Would definitely suggest the EVENING timeslots as many of the lights are not on in the daytime.. So you're left enjoying the natural scenery.

The train derailed the day before our scheduled ride. They cancelled our reservation without notice and refused to refund us. They said we had to contact Groupon. When I contacted Groupon, they said they needed the voucher #, but since it had been marked "redeemed" when I made the reservation, I cannot see the voucher number. So, we are out our money and they refuse to rebook us because the trains are full through the end of the year. Unbelievable! Terrible customer service and treatment. I cannot believe that my children missed out on this experience and no one wants to reimburse us for our lost funds.

The Train derailed the day before our scheduled trip. They cancelled our train without notice and told us we had to contact Groupon for a refund. When I contacted Groupon, they said that I had to contact the business for a refund. They asked for the voucher number, but since the reservation marked it as "Redeemed", I am no longer able to see the voucher number. So, we are out the entire amount of money AND they will not allow us to reschedule because the train is booked through the end of the year! Unbelievable!
