They lied and said they moved. Asked me to pick another date… I called to confirm and they told me I did not have a booking with them. ***I paid an additional charge for gas that was not listed in the Groupon. I gave them the Groupon information and called two more times. They stamped it as redeemed . They stole the money and did not honor the driving experience. Karen. Denver CO

it's impossible to get a reservation, nor is the staffing willing to help.

We see approximately 3000 participants a year we run 3 to 4 tours per day five days a week our toll-free number is 855-484-1550 Beach Park we have 2 to 3 agents available to support you making the reservation five days a week 9 to 5.

I have never met worse service. First I tried to call to make an appointment, then I was waiting for it 4 months, which was eventually canceled due to weather conditions. And now again I can’t even make an appointment, there are no spots! That was a gift for my husband on his birthday in December …

Due to the price point of our 15 mile tour this happens to be our most popular tour and reservations can be months in advance we try to get clients in as quickly as possible if we are forced to reschedule your tour.
