The young lady that did my treatments was personable BUT to this day I still have burn marks on my face (both sides). I signed up for IPL photofacial to get rid of my acne scars. I explained I've never had this done before. 1st treatment I didn't feel a thing & didn't notice any changes. 2nd treatment she decided to ramped up the machine and my sking got burned. The girl went from 1 to 200 (so to speak) on the machine & as I noted to this day my face still has the scarring. You're supposed to increase little by little but she didn't do that so I'm still paying the price. I talked to her about the burning & she charged me EXTRA to get it fixed. WHAAATTT???? No, I'm not the one. I never went back & will NOT recomend this place.
