That was the first time and it was absolutely amazing. Everybody was so nice and so helpful. I was a little nervous but they walked me through it and I would hand down Say I think I prefer that over doing an ice Bath.

The cryotherapy machine is definitely one of the coldest I’ve been in. The person that runs the machine is awesome but the front desk staff is a little cranky. I’d definitely go back!
