I wanted a system tune-up & maintenance (recharging & cleaning outer coils). What I got was a two-hour inspection & long list of thousands of dollars of upsells and pitch for a completely new system. Don't waste your time. They're just documenting everything that could possibly go wrong with your system, so they can sell you a new one, but I don't see anything they did to help my existing system perform better & last longer, which was the point. Everyone needs to clean ducts & regularly change filters, we don't need a visit to tell us that & leave two pages of upsell items.
