I did receive an oil change however my oil filter was not replaced, fluids were not topped off and a basic inspection was not done. All of this showed to be included when I purchased this but it was not making the description misleading.

I wrote an honest review about my experience w/ this company, and in response, they wrote false accusations against me. 2 Questions 1. Where is the documentation that your mechanic notified me of my braking system, before installation? 2. Where is my invoice? I wasn't going 2 press this issue, but after your response, I will, and I will c u n court! SOON!

you car needed Pads and rotors! mechanic recommended you to replace them and you SAID NO I WANT ONLY WHAT I ASKED FOR which is the pads!! pads comes with life time warranty and and we offer 60 days labor. Service was done right but your car needed more then pads. You are not a victim!! you contacted groupon asking them for your money back becouse you did not want the service anymore after we did the job!!! luckly i had a prove from you confirming that the service is done.
