For the first few weeks the staff was either busy or cancelled. He only used the voucher twice and we were never able to meet with anyone. My brother purchased this groupon as well. He called to see if it was worth driving up from another state (3 hours drive) and was told that it didn't work for everyone and that it probably wasn't worth it. He wasn't able to get a refund and so he paid for his and never received any treatments. I don't think that they did either on purpose, but even the actual treatment isn't something that they seemed to think really worked. They specialize in hair pieces and so when the treatment isn't successful, they can help you with a hair piece.

i was disappointed in the program - not sure it has any ability to solve the hair loss issue. Almost seems like a fake. I am no longer going to particiate. I just wasted my money on Groupon but it was a chance i took.
