I came in to use my Groupon on a Wednesday night around 930. The bar area was packed, which is fine. I had to wait to get a bar seat for about 15 mins. I was frustrated but did not hold that against the bar. I then sat in my bar chair with no drink for another 15mins before I made a face when some cute girl who had been there 2 mins next to me was served. The bar tender asked me if I had been helped i think because he noticed my face?. I politely said no not yet, I have a Groupon that expires today that I would like to please use. He said ok. I understood that processing it may take awhile because he was busy so I said he can help me out after he got the young lady her drink and thanked him. I was sitting there for another 10-15 mins and he never helped me. Nor did anyone else. I must have missed him coming back with her beer, but I was right there. He was prob avoiding me due to the Groupon.
So... because the place was way understaffed to provide good service or anything remotely close to it And because of a bartender who is either extremely forgetful or lazy about a groupon, i had to leave and my Groupon expired 3 hours later. Ugh
