I was very unhappy with the service. My husband went on October 31st (the expiration date) and they were not going to honor the groupon. They also told him they only had the synthetic oil so we would have to pay the difference. Then after my husband asked if any of their other locations just had the regular oil they said they do have it and would use it. They were rude to my husband and were arguing with him. They finally decided to honor it after giving him such a hard time. It was terrible customer service and we wish we would have never spent the money on this groupon.

When I purchased the GROUPON the oil change was paid for, or so I thought. I was told right away that it would cost me up to $30 more to have the oil changed, because it was for a $61.99 oil change . I ended up paying another $27. I could have taken my car to the dealer & it would have had Honda oil filter put on for the same price. I would not buy an oil change here again.
