I liked that I could go to the car wash at any time that was convenient for me. It's all automated - enter the code from the Groupon (or you can swipe your credit card for payment) while sitting in your car, then the car wash bay door opens. You drive in, put your car in park, and all the car wash things move around and over your car and back, unlike other car washes where you keep moving forward. When it's done the door in front of you opens and you drive away. The car wash washed and dried my car pretty well. The only negative is that there is no real human there in case something goes wrong, but there is a phone number posted.
