Aaron from Hyperactive Cleaning just left our home after I redeemed a Groupon special for $55 for up to 600 sq. ft. of carpet, or 3 rooms. The area he did was less than 400 sq. ft. He said he was charging me an extra $38 because there was an extra "room". In reality, the 3'x61/2' entryway is what he charged me for. I am not happy with the way he operated and he did not in any way try to make me a satisfied customer. And the worst part is, the carpet was not clean around the edges of the rooms or in the traffic areas. I could get it clean with stain remover and a brush(and I did) so why couldn't he--being a "professional"? Now I have to go over the entire area and "clean up his cleaning job". I would never recommend his service and suggest that you rent a machine and do it yourself!!

Extremely dissappointed. Made appointment for Tuesday afternoon. They did not show up. Made several phone calls with no response. Am hoping I hear something from them today. If not I will be contacting groupon for a refund. Kay Van Alstine
