Having been born with a rare liver disorder, Laurie Kinnard understood the importance of wellbeing from an early age. So it probably came as no surprise when, as an adult, she chose to become a nutritionist, and decades later decided to enter the field of reflexology. Now, as a board member with Integrated Reflexologists of Wisconsin and a member of the Reflexology Association of America, Laurie takes advantage of the many opportunities to network and learn from others in this growing field of alternative medicine.

Here, she administers reflexology of the feet, hands, and face, along with other therapy like reiki and lymph drainage. On her website, she emphasizes that reflexology aims to relax the body, giving it the chance to balance and heal itself.
