They did a decent job in the time they had, but they also didn't fully use the time we paid for. We forgot to have the groupon printed and ready for them to scan when they got there, so they refused to start until we had a copy for them to see. They were supposed to clean between 9-11, but since it took a phone call and a wait for an email to be sent to get the groupon for them to see, they didn't start until 9:30. My plan was to use this groupon as a trial run of their service, and if they were good, to start scheduling regular cleanings. As for the cleaning, the areas they cleaned were done decently, although they spent some time doing items we specifically said not to worry about, such as vacuuming (which we do ourselves), and making our bed (again, a waste of time). We wanted focus on our bathrooms and kitchen. They -did- mop the kitchen floor as we requested, and it was fairly good. They did not seem to clean the stove very well, as there were still some burnt food left on the glasstop that we were hoping to have seen taken care of. All in all, the cleaning portion of their service was okay, but the fact that they considered having a printout more important than giving us our full 4 man hours of cleaning time was upsetting. If you give them a try, I recommend making absolute sure you have your groupon taped to the outside of your door on the day they are coming so that you get your full 4 man hours of cleaning. It's apparently the most important part.

They did not cover some of the areas in the house. They put restrictions. Find out before buying their service. They did not complete the 2 hours and left half an hour before.They did not clean well but my husband feel bad and give them $20 tip. I will not be a REGULAR. I know previous cleaning service that do better and they are flexible.
