My first time experience was nice. The lady that did my massage I gave her a 7 out of 10. If she had massaged my feet, I probably would have given her a 9 if she did a good job at that. The woman who did my facial she did a great job, no complaints. 😊

When I first arrive, I am told that I have to pay an extra 5 dollars before I start the massage some thing they called taxes not covered by Groupon. I say ok. Next she tell me the tip isn’t included, which I know and said ok no problem. At the end of the session which probably would’ve been 1hr and a half but they extended it to two hours to tell you that it’s an automatic 20% gratuity for the 2 hrs. I didn’t enjoy the massage at all and I have been to numerous ones through Groupon and no issues. She was more like rubbing my body as opposed to massaging. Then came with some cupping which I told her I did not want.

I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. The spa is actually really nicely set up on the main strip of Hastings. Super clean, well organized and extremely welcoming! Honestly, I had an exceptional experience! The massage was FANTASTIC! Chloe was amazing! I will be going back. I highly recommend!
