NEVER EVER EVER EVER buy ANYTHING from this absolute SCAM of a business. I purchased the year of unlimited laser hair removal. First of all the laser didn’t work at all. The tech glided the laser over my entire lower body in about 10 mins total. Unlike any laser I’d ever had before and it when you question them they say it’s “new technology”. I only got to go 4 times before they abruptly with zero warning closed their doors. I had an appointment the week before that they canceled the day before then I rescheduled for the next week and poof - location permanently closed!!! With 8 months to go on my Groupon. Of course Groupon did nothing about it because they have another location - yeah the problem is it’s 2 hours from my home. Total joke. I have zero hair removed and I’m 1k poorer due to these scammers. Groupon and the “salon” should be ashamed. It’s also impossible for Groupon to take any accountability. I will never ever ever ever purchase from this horrible scam company again. Be warned if a company is offering a Groupon chances are it’s a garbage failing company. And Groupon will prey upon you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I had a year long unlimited laser membership through their Westport CT location, I have now had this membership for 6 months. I showed up to my appointment in Westport last week and the business was completely shut down, no sign on the door anymore. Apparently it didn't cross their mind to alert people with existing appointments that their business shut down. When I went to Groupon to discuss this and get a refund for the 6 unused months of my membership, Groupon communicated that they are refusing to refund me and their only solution is that I travel across state lines to NY to continue my membership. They also have refused to call, text or email me throughout this whole process. If you haven't been screwed over by this business yet, you will soon....
