The Explorium Brewpub, Greendale

With a family background in beer and restaurants, Mike and Joan Doble wanted to try something a little different when they opened their brewpub. At The Explorium Brewpub, their goal isn't just to make great beer, but interesting beer that encourages their guests to explore new flavors and try something new. Their diverse tap selection includes unorthodox small-batch brews, including American Barleywine, Scotch Ale, and even an habanero-spiced beer. Their rotating selection of more than 24 taps pairs with an equally varied food menu, which includes everything from bison burgers to PEI mussels.

Located in Southridge Mall, Greendale, Wisconsin, The Explorium Brewpub is open seven days a week at 11am
