Samira Haddad of Samira's Permanent Makeup and her son Enad specialize in very delicate work. For permanent-makeup clients, they carefully tap microscopic pigments below the surface of the skin to replicate the look of subtle eyeliner, full eyebrows, or lip color—sometimes even correcting the less-than-careful work clients have had done elsewhere.
